Be The Change you want to see in the world.
Q: Do I have to have 12 people in my group to schedule a weekend?
A: Of course not! We accept reservations for groups of any size! We can accommodate from 1 to 12. If if you happen to book a group smaller than 8 you might be staying with another group of ladies. There is also an option to pay to have it private for your group of less than 8. Just ask Liz!
Q: Can I come and stay for only one night?
A: To make it fair for all the guests staying during a weekend, we only offer two night stay retreats. Our typical weekend runs Thursday (as a free night) through Sunday. We understand weekends are busy for everyone and you are welcome to come and go as you please throughout the weekend.
Q: Can I stay an extra Night?
A: Of Course! An extra night is $25 and needs to be scheduled with your original retreat. This extra day does not include food.
Q: I need to cancel my weekend retreat; can I get my money back?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event you cannot attend your retreat date, your deposit can be moved to a future date within a 12 month period. If you cancel your weekend with less than a 60-day notice, you forfeit all money paid unless a replacement can be found. If a replacement cannot be found, any money paid can be applied to a future retreat date but not refunded. Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of The Relaxi Pad owner. If you cancel prior to 60 days before your scheduled weekend we will provide a full refund of your paid balance. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your scheduled retreat date you will not receive a refund. Please remember we try to prepare for your weekend stay early. This includes food, snacks, supplies, etc. Each spot that is “saved” is a spot we were unable to offer to another guest. Exceptions can be made at the discretion of The Relaxi Pad owner.
Q: How do we get in the house if no one is there?
A: We have a keypad on the door to the house and the week prior to your stay, you or the host of your group will receive the “door code” to get in and out.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Pack just as if you were staying in a hotel! Bring your personal items including toiletries. We provide towels, beddings, extra blankets, paper goods, a fully furnished kitchen, etc.
Q: Are there any onsite supplies for crafting?
A: Most guests like to bring their own supplies for their crafting projects, but we do have some items available for guests. We have electronic devices such as a the Cricut expression, an onsite computer and printer. We also have some basic supplies such as punches, cutters, stamps, cuttle bug (with lots of embossing folders to choose from), Sizzix and a Big Shot. We also have very generous guests that love to leave items to share. Another plus is our onsite “store” that has a TON of goodies and basic essentials such as adhesive's, stickers, embellishments and paper galore!
Q: All my friends are coming, can I just come on Saturday and craft for the day?
A: To make the weekend prices fair for everyone we only offer full weekend retreats. We often have several groups from different areas, and it is unfair to offer a discounted rate to someone local while everyone else pays full price.
Q: Do you have snacks and sodas?
A: Yes! One refrigerator is stocked with soda and bottled water, while the other refrigerator is open for you to bring your drinks/snacks of your choice. We also have a couple Keurig machines for tea and coffee as well as sweet treats, chips, and snacks throughout the house. And feel free to bring your own snacks, drinks or meals! Should you run out of something, a Dollar General is just 2 blocks away!

A: Dinner on Friday night, muffins from Perkins for breakfast on Saturday, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and a breakfast casserole for Sunday morning. A menu for meals will be sent to you prior to your arrival and will vary depending on the seasons.
Q: Are there any restaurants nearby?
A: Yes there are! Ponca City is located about 15 minutes away with your normal chain restaurants and several others. Then there are a few other small towns nearby with those "hole in the wall" eating places. Pawhuska is about 40 minutes away, home of the popular Pioneer Woman Mercantile and several other places to eat as well as some fun shops.
Q: Is there a way to have the whole house to ourselves if there isn't 12 of us?
A: Yes, a flat fee of $100 can be paid to have the whole house private to just your group.
Q: Do you rent for different times other than the weekends?
A: YES! We are open to ALL ideas. Just check the calendar and if we are not booked, please call with your request and we will see what we can do!
